Most of our clients are looking for either Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly cleanings. To get started, we complete a one-time, deep cleaning to prepare the home for on-going maintenance cleaning. During this visit, our team completes a full wipe down of all horizontal and vertical surfaces that can be reached with extendable duster and a 2-foot ladder (excluding floor-to-ceiling walls).

We also recommend seasonal deep cleaning visits to our weekly, biweekly and monthly clients.  This deep cleaning visit is an extended visit allowing us to get to all provide a more detailed cleaning of those less frequent, but still necessary cleaning tasks that are not included in a regular maintenance cleaning visit.

We provide maintenance cleaning services for regularly scheduled Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly clients. Because we know our clients value consistency, our staff work from a mantenance cleaning list to ensure that these essential cleaning tasks are completed with each and every cleaning. During each maintenance visit, our staff provides detailed dusting and cleaning of the horizontal surfaces as well as spot cleaning vertical surfaces as needed.

We know moving is exhausting. Once the packing is done; we're here to help.  These are, by far, the biggest jobs we do. The home is empty, making dusting easier, however we're also getting into the nooks and crannies that need extra cleaning. We include the fridge, oven, cupboards/drawers, closets, and other reachable square footage, since the home is empty.  We work top to bottom from a special Move-Out priority list which we provide, and you customize.
