The best of the best. With the down economy, I no longer get to have Mary Ann come to my house every two weeks. There's not a day that goes by where I don't miss her, though. Rose Petal is to Scary Maids as a Ferrari is to a Pinto. I was drawn in to Rose Petal to begin with because they offer benefits to their employees and do their part to elevate the profession of housekeeping (I also had a REALLY scary experience with a house cleaner I found in the EW). I stayed with them because they are fabulous. Whereas another housekeeper might come to your house and clean the same way each time, RPH provides ongoing training to their employees and utilizes a scheduling program so that all the neglected areas of your house get their just due. One visit might have a particular focus on windowsills, the next might be a lookout for spiders. Either way, your house is going to be cleaner than it ever has been. Another feature that I love about RPH is that they utilize your cleaning materials. So, you can be as obsessive as you want about the type of chemicals used in your home. The employees will leave you a note if you're running low on anything, and will also make environmentally-friendly suggestions about cleaning materials that may be more effective (Bon Ami, anyone?). Lastly, although the economy has busted me (at least temporarily), the prices at RPH are VERY reasonable. I pay less per hour for the work that they do than I do with any other cleaning company. Less pay for me, but fair pay for the employees and benefits to boot? Sounds like a winning combo.

We are so happy with their service. They do a great job. He has a small house and she keeps it very nice and tidy. She cleans the whole house, she changes the sheets on the bed. She washes the sheets. She moves the furniture if it needs to be and she vacuums. She cleans off the porch. She cleans on the top of the refrigerator. We are really really happy with them.

They have always been good people. They try to send the same person each time but sometimes it is not possible. But, I have always been pleased with who they send. I did some comparison shopping when I got them and I was pleased with them so I never had to try anyone else.

They are pretty responsive and reliable. There is a fair amount of turnover among the housekeepers because some of them move on to other jobs and stuffs like that. But, they seem to be pretty well trained when we get someone new. We've had a couple of people that we were unhappy with. Then, we spoke to them and they just said "fine, we won't have that person come to your house again. We'll send someone different." and they apologized. We've had a good relationship with the company through a variety of people they sent out over 25 years.

Wonderful, local company who does excellent work for a reasonable price. They did a great job cleaning carpets in two of my rental units after tenants left them VERY filthy and stained. No way to get years of grime out, but the carpets certainly looked, felt, and smelled much better after Elite Carpet Care finished the job. I will definitely use Elite Carpet Care in the future!

Elite Carpet Care understands customer service! They send an email with a picture of who will be arriving, what you need to do prior to arrival and what they do. Jake called prior to arrival. He was able to come early so he checked in to see if that would work. Upon arrival he went over any concerns and spots I had. I asked if he had time to do my throw rugs, couches and chairs. He said no problem gave me the cost and went to work. Jake does an amazing job getting the stains, spills, etc... out. He takes great pride in the work he does. Jake takes great care in protecting your furniture and corners. I used Elite Carpet Care for my home, my mother's, and my rentals. I highly recommend them.

These guys know customer service! Called and they were booked out for a few weeks, but they managed to squeeze me in-showed up on time, used a blacklight to check for pet stains (new house), and got to work. Carpets look fantastic and dry very quickly! Tony is very friendly, personable, and informative. Went to pay, and received a generous first time customer discount!
